1. Shipping Costs
Shipping is included in the price of your purchase at no additional cost. We cover all shipping fees to ensure you receive your medication without any surprise charges.
2. Delivery Time
After your consultation is approved and your prescription is filled, your medication will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days from the ship date. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
3. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all 50 United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations. Please provide a valid residential or business address where someone can receive the package.
4. Discreet Packaging
Your privacy is important to us. All medications are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents. The return address will not identify the nature of the shipment.
5. Temperature-Controlled Shipping
Compounded GLP-1 medications require refrigeration. Your medication will be shipped in temperature-controlled packaging with ice packs to maintain proper storage conditions during transit. Upon receipt, immediately refrigerate your medication.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress and estimated delivery date.
7. Delivery Issues
If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at +1 (551) 239-9025. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your medication. In most cases, we can arrange for a replacement shipment.
8. Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or refusal of delivery, you may be responsible for reshipping costs. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order.
9. Signature Requirements
Some shipments may require a signature upon delivery for security purposes. If you will not be available to sign, you may be able to arrange for the package to be held at a carrier facility for pickup.
