2. Medical Services
Remedy Medications provides telehealth consultation services for weight loss medication eligibility. All medical services are provided by licensed healthcare professionals. The consultation and any prescribed medications are subject to medical approval and eligibility requirements.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use our services. You must provide accurate and complete information during the consultation process. Misrepresentation of medical information may result in denial of service.
4. Payment Terms
All purchases are one-time payments. There are no recurring charges or subscription fees unless explicitly agreed upon. Payment is required at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy.
5. Prescription Medications
Compounded medications are prepared by licensed pharmacies. The FDA does not approve compounded drugs or verify their safety, effectiveness, or quality. Prescription products require an online clinician visit and medical approval.
6. Privacy and Data

7. Limitation of Liability
Remedy Medications is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
